As the principal architect of corporate operations in my capacity as Senior Chief of Staff, my pivotal responsibilities orbit around the orchestration of strategic paradigms conceived by the Chief Executive Officer. Acting as an intermediary to the YAI's executive suite, I engage in the continual appraisal and refinement of pivotal performance benchmarks and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Through synergetic collaborations with diverse stakeholders (at the executive level), I establish aspirational targets, monitor developmental trajectories, and instigate a rigorous rhythm of deliverable execution. Additionally, I curate and oversee Board Member agendas, while offering robust assistance on all matters pertaining to the Board.

In reaction to the unprecedented public health crisis posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I spearheaded the formation of a responsive task force. This team bore the onus of leading a synchronized, agency-wide initiative designed to safeguard the welfare of employees and individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
